Insecure About Your Thighs And Cellulite: This Celeb Is Too

She might have her haters, but this hugely popular reality star also has millions of Twitter followers.

Kim Kardashian is speaking out about her body insecurities again. We have to admire the woman in that respect, because we have seen her on 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' standing there in a bra with a rounded, not flat belly.

Kim K is not super skinny and doesn't want to be, but she certainly feels the insecurities that most women feel, and in her case, it's her thighs and cellulite.

This is what Kim told the UK's ITV Lorraine Kelly of the 'Lorraine Show.'

"I still have some cellulite," she says, describing Spanx as "the greatest invention." Check out Spanx here.

We would have to agree. Just about every woman in Hollywood slips into Spanx before a red carpet event. Why? Because the fabric really smooths out a lot of imperfections. And, we all have them.

Flying For The Fourth? On Board Beauty Tips By Giuliana

There will be a lot of traveling going on as the July 4th holiday gets closer. And some of you will be flying to get to your destination. But what about your mid-air time?

How do you hop on a plane and still look fresh and pretty by the time you arrive?

New momma-to-be Giuliana Rancic has these in-flight beauty tips (as told to US mag):

1. Brookstone Inflatable Neck Pillow ($25, at brookstone.com).
"The pillows on the plane are too flat. This inflatable pillow supports your neck and folds up to fit in your purse after landing," Giuliana says.

2. DDF Advanced Eye Firming Concentrate ($88, at ddfskincare.com).
"I pat eye cream under my eyes, and if I have any excess, I massage it into my cuticles because it's so moisturizing."

3. Evian Brumisateur Travel Facial Spray ($7, at drugstore.com).
"Half-way through a flight, I do a little spritz of Evian water in the bathroom to refresh myself," Giuliana says.

4. Laura Mercier Bronzing Pressed Powder ($32, at lauramercier.com).
"I always carry bronzer to make me look alive after traveling--planes can dehydrate me and drain color."

Excellent in-flight fixes. Thanks, Ms. G..

New One-A-Day Diet Pill Debuts: FDA Gives Green Light

If you've been trying so hard to lose weight and are considering lap band or some other kind of bariatric surgery, please try this first!

The Food & Drug Administration has okayed the first prescription diet pill in 13 years. It's called Belviq and will melt away lbs. by a healthy 10% in one year! No word yet, on what this pill would cost.

Belviq works by blocking your food cravings, and the beauty of this oral diet plan is in its sheer simplicity:

Take one-pill-a-day. Period.

What could be easier?!

This is major diet breaking news! Good Morning America made the announcement earlier today, with ABC's Dr. Richard Besser. He said that Belviq isn't a 'magic bullet' for weight loss, but it is another solution for those who are obese and/or for those also suffering from medical problems like high blood pressure and diabetes.

A couple of possible side effects include headache and fatigue. Studies on the heart will be conducted soon.

We found this nugget from WJLA.com:

..."In a rare move, the FDA explicitly stated in a press release that Belviq "does not appear to activate" a chemical pathway that was linked to the heart problems seen with fen-phen.

The FDA said the drug acts on a different chemical pathway in the brain, which is believed to reduce appetite by boosting feelings of satiety and fullness."

If you are an emotional eater, then the new Belviq diet pill would not be effective for you, says Dr. Besser.

Cameron Diaz Carries This $9 Beauty Item In her Purse

Cameron Diaz always nails the perfect California girl look-----blonde hair, blue eyes, warm, golden skin, with polished, NOT overdone makeup.

We were happy to find a little beauty nugget from the pretty 39-year-old actress.

Cameron Diaz tells InStyle magazine that this little number is always in her purse:

Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain by Colorstay in Passion ($9, at drugstores). We found a tube at Drugstore.com.

The Just Bitten lip line has been around a a few years now, and we can see why this is a Revlon keeper. It's a 2-in-1 product---lipstain and balm in a magic marker-type applicator.

Passion is practically a cult fave with its healthy pink, flush shade.

And it's quick and easy to use:

"Apply marker directly to clean, dry lips. After 30 seconds, apply the balm for moisturizing shine."

And the stain lasts for several hours...no kidding.

Great beauty tip for the budget-conscious, Cameron Diaz! Thanks.

Tired Of Push-Up Bras That Add Too Many Cup Sizes? Try This One

Is it just us?

Or have most new bras been over-doing the push-up?!

We'll be honest, we need a boob boost, and adore the entire concept of a push-up bra. Whoever designed that one, is a genius.....BUT.....

We DON'T want a push-up bra that ADDS 2 cup sizes or MORE.

What's the point, really?

There's just so much room for ultra-thick padding. We like a little oomph, but please don't let our cups runneth over, so to speak.

We think we've found the perfect push-up bra that doesn't push up to the extreme:

Maidenform Naturally Glam Plunge Push-Up (on sale $28, at Maidenform). The bra comes in sizes 34B - 36D. And we found these shades at Kohl's online--Black Latte. Ivory Shell. Latte Lift. Poppy Pink Peach. Rum Raisin Lotus Pink.

The beauty in this Maidenform bra is in the construction. There is no padded bulk-- instead there is memory foam padding in an underwire style. You still get a very respectable lift but it's not 'in your face.'

Here's how Maidenform describes it:

"New innovative pad technology reveals new blends of foam for a second skin feel.
Lightweight comfort that glides over your skin.
Luxuriously soft fabrication into your body.
Natural push up brings on a new level of sexy."

Do you wear push-up bras? Is add 2 cup sizes, a bit too much of a good thing?

Toss This Little Mac Into Your Beach Bag And Go!

We don't need to warn anyone about the dangers of the sun's rays. We've all been told, again and again, and yet, many of us still lie out there and tan.

But there are ways to play safely, and here's a little cutie for your beach bag:

MAC's, Hey, Sailor! Suntints SPF 20 Liquid Lip Balm ($16, at macccsometics.com and fine dept. stores). Yes, the packaging of this one is super sweet and nautical.

These sheer balms help protect your kissable lips from the sun, surf, salt, and those balmy breezes.

But MAC's Hey, Sailor! Suntints are hard to find----SOLD OUT at the MAC website for the moment. Not available at Macy's, either.

We did locate a tube at Dillards.com

By the way, Ebay is selling a number of MAC's new Suntints at much higher prices, but when a gal needs her MAC fix, well, you gotta do what you gotta do, we suppose. Would you shell out $24.99 for this $16 MAC Hey, Sailor! balm?!

The Suntints come in 3 limited edition shades:

Abalone....a light pink gloss.

Au Rose...a medium pink gold shimmer gloss.

Sea Mist..a pale beige with a white shimmer.

So, the question begs, are these very pretty, but very sheer MAC lip balms effective under the powerful searing rays?

Maybe not as much, unless you put another SPF lip balm on BEFORE you slick on your MAC.

Lip Gloss Can Invite Skin Cancer. That was the headline a few years ago. And although MAC's Suntints are lip balms, they are made with a liquid gloss-type formula.

We still believe that the MAC Hey, Sailor balm at 20 SPF is great to toss into your beach bag. We'd just add another layer of balm underneath to reach a 30 SPF, as dermatologists advise.

Hey, no beauty product is perfect to protect you from the sun, but there are ways to still play safely.
