Nicole Richie Regrets One Major Tattoo But Won't Remove It For Now

Most women would agree that Nicole Richie has great style. But there's something bothering the petite designer and it has to do with some ink that she choose a number of years ago.

Here's what she tellingly said on Twitter recently:

'Woke up feeling really good about myself, until I remembered I have a tramp stamp.'

There it is, a large cross peeking boldly out of her yellow bikini behind.

In the premiere webisode of AOL's 'Candidly Nicole,' Nicole Richie visits a tattoo removal clinic to discuss the process required to erase her past.

The tramp stamp is a symbol that the TV reality star wants to avoid:

"It just means a certain thing, and I just don't want to be a part of that group," Nicole explains.

Nicole 'owns' 9 tattoos-- the first one she got at age 14. The tramp stamp she chose at 16.

Dr. Will Kirby explains that the removal process by laser could take up to a year to completely erase in her case.

But Nicole decides the time in between is just TOO lengthy.

"If it was a one-time thing, I would do it. But I'm not going back every two months," she says. Maybe in 10 years, she will remove her tramp stamp, she adds.

Gotta LOVE Nicole--an easy-going lady with lots of charm + sincerity.

Hayden Panettiere Does It Right For The White House Correspondents' Association Dinner

We have to admit, 'Nashville' star Hayden Panettiere sure knows how to make an entrance!

There she is this evening at the annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.

The nerd prom as it is fondly called, is being held at the Hilton Hotel in D.C.  at this moment.

We think the petite, 23-year-old beauty scored an A+ for her beauty + fashion choices at tonight's all-star event.

Hayden-- we LOVE your eyebrows. Perfect! Please don't pluck them.

We also heart the simple makeup palette with the bold red lip and the soft eye with subtle faux lashes.

And then there is the pretty braid LOVE it!  The milkmaid look is alive + well.

Add a gorgeous, pale yellow gown with tres elegant draping and stunning chandliers and Hayden looked like a Greek goddess!

What do you think?

Does Hayden make the grade?

Is The Corset The Post-Baby Celebrity Way To A Flat, Gorgeous Tummy?!

This is interesting for all the fab post-baby mamas out there trying to regain their pre-pregnancy flat tummies.

We wrote about DWTS' Brooke Burke almost 5 years ago about her secret in losing the post-baby belly. She's had 4 kids and of course looks SUPER incredible. Yeah, we want to hate her, but she seems so-oooo nice.
Brooke's solution: The corset or baby wrap.

"For centuries, women from around the world have been wrapping their post-pregnancy bellies to get back into shape quickly and naturally. It is believed that a belly wrap reduces the size of the swollen uterus, reduces water retention in the belly, and helps you lose inches fast, all while supporting that unwanted baggy baby skin! Tauts should be worn after delivery for forty days."

And we heard today on 'Good Morning America,' that Jessica Alba also wore a corset to speed up the post-baby weight loss + tummy toning.

This is what 31-year-old Jessica + mom-of-2 told Net-a-Porter magazine:

"I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was brutal; it’s not for everyone."

Jessica adds, "It was sweaty, but worth it."

Does it REALLY work?

Yes, says GMA's Dr. Jennifer Ashton, senior medical contributor. "The concept behind abdominal binders is very common after surgery and after the delivery of a baby to help support abdominal muscles, help with posture and reduce the feeling of bloating."

"Imagine taking a big breath and never fully exhaling," she says.  "That’s basically the feeling the person has for hours."

Brooke Burke sells her own corsets at her baboosh website for $56-$62.

So, you ask.....do these celebrities just use a corset to regain amazing, flat abs or is there some tummy-tucking plastic surgery also going ?

Well, who are we to judge.

We would like to assume that it's more than a corset, but we could never prove it. Still, a worthy post-baby beauty tip!

Copper Ingredient In Skin Care Equals Youthful, Radiant Complexion

Copper. It's more than a bunch of pennies sitting at the bottom of your wallet. If you can find copper in your skin care cream, then you're on your way to a younger-looking complexion.

What's so fab about copper???

A lot. We've been writing about this amazing mineral for years now.

Copper is a skin remodeling agent. Copper can nicely improve skin density + firmness over time. Studies have shown a marked repairing in cases of laxity, clarity, fine lines, coarse wrinkles, + overall skin appearance. Copper works below the skin’s surface.
An excellent copper-containing cream line is one called, Kiehl's Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Cream ($52, at Kiehls.com).

The anti-aging cream contains copper PCA, a tiny molecule that can penetrate the skin's layers more deeply.

This skin care stuff is STRONG--able to

 • Significantly reduce wrinkles, smooth out skin texture and minimize pores.
• Clinically shown to improve elasticity by 32%.

Copper equals a youthful, radiant complexion. It's smart beauty science and definitely worth a try.

Not Exactly A Turban: Head Scarves Are A Nice BOHO Look For Spring/Summer 2013

Okay, we'll be honest, we were NOT going to be dressing up in a turban anytime soon, so when that trend popped up 3 years ago, we were happy to see it tank eventually, ha ha.

Now the big thing for Spring/Summer 2013 are head scarves, which are just a bit more casual and boho-chic if you will.

A head scarf doesn't have to sit so structured upon the head. It's not so severe a style. It's easy-going and can corral in any hairstyle long or short, curly or pin-straight, even glam on shaved or bald heads.

Marc by Marc Jacobs showed off the boho trend at his Spring show (above).

Dolce + Gabbana is featuring lots of pretty patterned head scarves in his beautiful print
ads.

And then of course, there is the legendary beauty herself--Sophia Loren looking doe-eyed and chic in a black + white stripe head scarf.

Head scarves are a really nice way to HIDE a bad hair day, too.

Will you be tying one on?
