We have gone on + on before about singer Ciara's gorgeous, perfectly-toned arms.
And then we saw photos again, and well, we had to read up on how the superstar maintains that SEXY body, especially those KILLER arms!
Ciara's arms are slender, but more importantly--- hers are lean + muscular with GREAT definition.
So, how do you get Ciara's buff biceps + triceps? We like to use small dumbbells. But Ciara's secret is in the boxing ring.
She tells Shape Mag's September issue this when working out with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson:
