Getting Every Last Precious Drop---Try MakeupMiser To Scoop It Out!

You know you've done it.....Maybe you won't admit it....but we've done it..... Squeeze EVERY last precious drop of makeup or beauty cream out of an 'ill-fitting bottle.'

Thank goodness a very smart woman has come to the beauty rescue! Michelle C. Phillips, a licensed esthetician, has created the Makeup Miser.

It's a little kit containing 3 flexible, usable spatulas in 3 convenient sizes. These clever little beauty scoopers can dig deep around the sides + bottoms of all kinds of makeup + skin care bottles to retrieve EVERY drop + millimeter volume of your favorite products.

How many times have you contorted tubes in every which way, or even broken bottles/jars to get those final few drops of product?

Our expensive tube of Retin-A was down to its last amount. We cut below the tube's screw cap and carefully inserted the MakeupMiser to scoop up a generous amount of dwindling Retin-A.

These beauty spatulas REALLY work. We also used the long handle of the MakeupMiser to retrieve an expensive body wash, settled at the bottom of an oddly-shaped bottle.

Let's face it.....beauty products can be expensive, or can come packaged in ridiculously-shaped bottle/jars/tubes, and you know by looking at them, that you're going to miss the entire contents, because you can't get every drop out.

MakeupMiser is a super invention. Period. And for LESS than $15, you'd be a fool not to try out these handy spatulas. Check them out here.

Looking For A Tinted Sunscreen With A Strong SPF? We've Got One!

Hot, humid weather does a number on our complexions. And if you're wearing makeup on a very muggy day, well, we don't have to remind you that there's nothing pretty about that.

Some women feel like they've got a mask on, because foundations can appear heavy. And yet---most of us really want the protection from the sun. Well, we might have an answer....

How about a cc cream?

That's right...the Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care Company is proud of its new complexion corrector product made with the Amazonian super berry--Camu Camu, which happens to have 30 times the Vitamin C of an orange. And we know how precious Vitamin C is for the skin.
.
The CC Cream has been out for about 3 months now. And we like what we see:

What's not to love?

PTR's CC Cream offer lots of benefits in the way of a tinted, anti-aging sunscreen. And it looks like foundation. Too bad, the cream only comes in 3 shades: light to medium. medium to tan. deep.

You can buy CC Cream here at sephora, $48.

Sarah Jessica Parker's Smile Glows With Acai Berry Whitening Toothpaste

SJP is a fashion goddess. From her head to her toes. Sarah Jessica Parker always hits the right note.

And when it comes to her pretty smile, the popular actress reaches for the Glo. At least that's what US magazine claims.

It's called---GLO- Whitening Antioxidant Toothpaste ($6, for a small 1.5 oz. tube, at Sephora).

Some of you might believe that SJP actually has porcelain veneers. Well, probably 90% of Hollywood's finest secretly wear veneers.

We can't tell if those are SJP's natural teeth. Her smile looks it to us.

But remember, ALL teeth require toothpaste and brushing for a continued healthy smile. Plus---toothpaste also removes stains + plaque.

Even veneers, as white as they are, can lose their high-wattage glow, so a toothpaste like GLO can also help those with a cosmetically-enhanced smile, too.

So---what's in GLO?

Acai-infused berry beads.

Here's how the GLO website describes their special whitening toothpaste:

Introducing a revolutionary, multifunctional toothpaste combining the power of antioxidants, vitamins and CoQ10 with natural whitening silicates for lasting results and a brighter, healthier smile.

The rich acai-pomegranate-blueberry formula freshens breath while fluoride prevents tooth decay.

Unique micro-encapsulations burst as you brush, releasing active antioxidants and vitamins for a healthy mouth.

Hey, for $6, we would try a small tube.

Lily Collins' Bushy Brows Are A Beauty Plus!

Lily Collins is a delicate, pretty actress, except for her bold, thick brows.

But her eyebrows are so attractive, people fall in LOVE with them. And we must agree, not since a very young Brooke Shields, have we seen brows get so much attention.

And let's be honest, Lily's brows are SPECTACULAR! She recently told Chelsea Handler that her brows even have their own twitter account. Check it out here.

If you're looking to grow brows like Lily's, well, you're out of luck. A dose of DNA determines how thick your brows will be.

Of course, plucking or waxing too much can damage the follicles. This obsession will really ruin your eyebrows and further thin them out. so----DON'T mess with your brows too much.

The 24-year-old star once told Glamour magazine that she's accepted her signature look: "

"Big brows weren't the look in L.A., where I grew up. But my mom instilled in me that it's the quirky things that make you beautiful."

Always listen to your mama, Lily, because she's right!

If you aren't blessed with bold, thick brows, you can pencil or powder them. A lot of women do, so it's not a bad thing to do. It just takes some practice to make the brows look natural.

Brow expert, Anastasia has a cool gel you can try for great-looking brows, too:

AnastasiaTintedBrowGel ($22, at beauty.com). This easy-to-use wand gives your brows a little color for definition and controls their shape. Plus....it comes in Blonde. Brunette. Caramel. Espresso. and Granite.

Women Like Choice----Especially All The Hair Trends For Fall 2013

Hey, ladies....please don't complain... There are LOTS of ways to wear your hair for Fall 2013. And we're just showing you a handful.

We've been seeing the ponytail all over the place...and some of you aren't even aware how fashionable the simple style is.

For fall 2013, try the LOW pony. You don't have to wear it this severely. Just keep it down by the nape of your neck. So sleek + classic!
At Bottega Veneta, it was all about the volume + mass. Here, you can see the model has some major mane by the jaw. The style was purposely left straight at the top 3 inches and then pin-curled for the volume.

How about trying  the side faux bang. At Reem Acra, the models worked the catwalk with long strands sweeping across the forehead.

And then again, there is ALWAYS the wet look, girls.

We're on the fence about this one. But, the wet look lets you forget about a bad fly-away hair day.

There it is below at the Robert Cavalli show.
