007 Daniel Craig Popsicle...For Real...Sexy On A Stick

We thought we'd have a little fun today. And don't blame us, this is Del Monte's idea.

Yes, that is none other than the sexy 007 Daniel Craig on a stick. And before you make a wild dash to the supermarket, you can only find the James Bond popsicle cutie over in the U.K. At least, for now.

See, it's National Ice Cream week in Great Britain. And for this week only, you can take a lickin' of Daniel Craig. Actually, there are so-oooooo many jokes we could make, but we will take the high road here.

What we adore about the Daniel Craig Popsicle is its low caloric number.....only 100 Calories each. And the icy treats come in blueberry, cranberry, and pomegranate. An excellent snack for dieters everywhere.

So how did this all come about, you ask?

Del Monte Superfruit Smoothies asked 1,000 British women which male celebrity they’d want to see on the end of a stick. Daniel Craig was the big winner! And this popsicle is the artistic rendering of him coming out of the ocean in James Bond 007: Casino Royale.

How could we forget that toned, strong physique emerging from the water! We understand why Daniel Craig was chosen. He is sexy on a stick.

"Daniel Craig topped our poll of Britain's coolest celebrities and thanks to our Del Monte lolly replica he is officially immortalized as super smooth and licensed to chill," explains spokesman Matt O'Connor."

'Licensed to chill.' We love that! And we'll take ours in blueberry, thank you.

New Ellen Sirot Hand Perfection Line For Ageless Skin

Let's talk about Ellen Sirot. And if you don't know her by her name, you definitely know her by her hands.

And what a beautiful, soft, youthful pair she owns. So lovely, that Ellen Sirot's hands have stood-in for the famous hands of Sarah Jessica Parker, Rachel Ray, Hillary Swank, and Cheryl Tiegs, just to name a few.

Ellen Sirot has been a hand model for 20 years now, with an impressive portfolio. Advertising shots range from Dawn dishwashing liquid to Elizabeth Arden skin care to jewelry with Ross-Simons, etc.

Ellen's hands are everywhere. And they appear ageless. So how does she keep them looking that way?

With plenty of skin care knowledge. Ellen has studied the subject for a number of years now, and is happy to share her secrets with BeautyTipToday.com.

"I feel a beautiful hand is a soft, ageless, healthy hand. Anyone can attain that - we just need to give our hands the same care we give the rest of ourselves," Ellen Sirot says.

And she is proud to launch her new product line, Ellen Sirot Hand Perfection.

"The line is a breakthrough in hand care as it is created specifically for the anti-aging needs of the incredibly delicate skin of our hands," Ellen says. "I love that the products are petroleum free (no greasy residue) and fragrance and paraben-free. The Day Cream ($50, 3.4 fl oz) is my fave, as I use it continuously through the day - each time I wash my hands I rehydrate the skin with a drop of Day Cream. The formula is created to lock in moisture and protect the hands with a light weight barrier - much like the skin's own lipid barrier."

We all know that the water and the sun, can do a number on our hands, if not the entire body. So how do we fight back?

The key is effective moisturizing. And the Ellen Sirot Hand Perfection line has the right formula to nourish the hands, including Omega-3s, essential and skin-friendly fats.

"The trick with water, is to moisturize each time you wash your hands to seal in moisture, rather then pulling it out. Also try to cut back on the number of times your hands are submerged in water - by using gloves when washing dishes, etc. For the sun, you must remember to apply suncreen to your hands and to wear protective clothing such as my Hand Perfection GLOVETTES ($35) for extra added protection," Ellen explains.

Whether you are 19 or 90, Ellen says it is never to late to rejuvenate a pair of hands. This hand care line really works.

"Our products are clincially proven to soften and smooth skin in less than two weeks on all sorts of hands!"

And Ellen Sirot uses every product she developed in her new hand care line, because she believes the ingredients are hitting the right target. Just look at her nightly routine. You can learn from this 'supermodel' of hand models.

"I cleanse my hands with HAND PERFECTION Moisturizing Cleanser, pat dry very gently and use a drop of Night Solution. The formula is so packed that just a tiny bit works it's magic. The ingredients are incredible - antioxidants for protecting the skin, exfoliants for helping with cell turnover, glucosamine to help plump the delicate skin of the hands which thins with age, Licorice Root to help brighten the skin and rich humectants and emollients to lock in moisture. After the Night Solution I use the Nail and Cuticle Treatment to take care of those areas. Our unique pen applicator allows you to target the nails and cuticle and hydrate them with our amazing oil full of botanicals and vitamins A and E. The doe-footed pusher lets you gently push back your cuticles while they are soft and supple from the oil. Hydrated nails are less likely to break and peel."

New Dove Ultimate Visibly Smooth Deodorant Cuts Down On Shaving

We haven't tried this one yet, but summer is just around the corner, and we hate shaving, especially our underarms. Of course, we do remove the excess hair, but it's still a pain-in-the-neck. Shaving is still the cheapest and quickest way to get rid of hair. Laser hair removal works after maybe 5 sessions and a $1,000 bill. No thanks.

So, are there more economical options?

Think Dove deodorant.

We use Dove Invisible Solid with the blue cap, and it works very decently to control perspiration. But now there's a new Dove in town, this one in the pretty pink color. It's called--Dove Ultimate Visibly Smooth Deodorant ($4, at drugstores).

So what does Dove deodorant have to do with underarm shaving?

We're finding this one a little hard to fathom, but, we will give it a try, and maybe some of you have already tested this Dove in the new pink container. We are curious to see what the product does.

According to Dove, the new Ultimate Visibly Smooth Deodorant, is formulated with a blend of natural extracts which supposedly target the stubble of your underarm hair. And these ingredients go to work to soften stubble for a smoother shave. Over time, your hair under there, will be finer and easier to shave away,

In addition, the deodorant leaves behind a thin, invisible film to make new hair growth less noticeable. And you still get the odor and wetness protection from the product. So no worry there.

If you visit Dove at http://www.dove.us/#/visiblysmooth/coupon.aspx, you can download a $2 off coupon on your next purchase of Ultimate Visibly Smooth.

And it comes in 2 appealing scents: Wild Rose. Nature Fresh.

New Colgate Wisp And Supersmile Quikee On The Go Touch-Ups

We've all been there. You've just enjoyed a dish of heavy-duty garlic cream sauce with pasta, and there's no way out. You head to the restaurant ladies' room and dig deep into your purse. Nothing! No toothbrush. No breath mint. No whitening paste. Not even a lint-covered TicTac(sometimes you're desperate, you know?)

We have 2 new on-the-go dental touch-ups. And the cost is very economical. You need these 2 dental products to stash in your bag. Always be prepared, as the old scout motto goes.

The first new on-the-go dental touch-up is a tiny, adorable dental accessory. Almost as big as your lipstick tube.

It's Colgate Wisp ($2.39 for a 4-pack, at drugstores). This is a mini traveling, disposable toothbrush that is actually embedded with a freshening gel bead. No water and no rinsing needed. Just brush, throw away, and go!

Colgate Wisp comes in 3 sugar-free flavors: Peppermint. Spearmint. Cinnamint.

Visit http://www.colgatewisp.com/ for more details and a contest to be the 'Face of Wisp.'

Our other favorite new dental on-the-go touch-up is a teeth whitener + breath freshener all-in-one. In a convenient pocket-sized tube.

Just squeeze a drop of Supersmile Quikee($6) onto your tongue and smooth it over your teeth, and watch your smile brighten instantly.

Supersmile Quikee is formulated with Calprox for super stain-lifting power. It also fights plaque and cavities and leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed.

Let's face it---these are 2 great new dental options to always have tucked away in your handbag. You just might need a clean mouth during these times:

After meals
At work
In a car
At the gym
On a plane
Before a date

You get the picture. The list is endless.

Health Beauty Benefits Abound In Red Raspberries

It's actually in the seeds of red raspberries, where all the magic is hiding.

Magic in the form of ellagitannins, or very powerful anti-oxidants.

These ellagitannins are then converted into ellagic acid in the stomach.

And science is proving that this lovely, little fruit is full of health + beauty benefits.

We were lucky to interview Kent Kohnken, the president and CEO of SMDI, the Georgia-based company that sells the popular Raspex Cosmeceutical line. And we got to sample and closely examine a few of his skin care treatments.

Kent Kohnken would be the first person to suggest you eat a cup full of red raspberries a day, and preferrably from the Meeker variety, because this variety contains almost twice the amount of ellagitannins than the others.

The only problem with eating so many raspberries, is the cost, which could run up to $300 a month.

Kent Kohnken can personally tell you that red raspberries have proven to be quite a remarkable cancer fighter:

"I have been using Raspex capsules for almost 8 years. In 2001, I had prostate cancer, had my prostate removed, had the cancer spread beyond the prostate, and had 38 radiation treatments. I researched cancer since I was determined that I would offer an alternative to what I went through. I discovered ellagitannins and the tremendous value of Meeker red raspberries and developed the Raspex Powder, Raspex Capsules, and the Raspex Skin Cream, and other cosmeceuticals. Since 2002, my PSA has remained at zero. Almost every day, I hear of prostate cancer, as well as breast, esophageal, skin, colon, and other cancers being controlled by customers using the Rapsex powder, capsules, and creams."

One of the most popular Raspex products is the Raspex Meeker Raspberry Extract Skin Gel ($24.95, 2 oz. jar). Ladies, if there is one beauty + health treatment which covers all of the bases, this is it. And the gel/cream formula is gentle enough to be used around the eyes.

A little will go a long way, too. And just take a look at what this special raspberry gel/cream can do:

Helps remove skin cancer and pre-cancer
Reduces 'black and blue bruising'

Repairs sun damage
Has a 30 SPF

Heals sunburn quickly
Boosts skin's immune system
Maintain skin's suppleness
Improves fine capillary blood flow

Reduces wrinkles
Improves rosacea

Reduces scarring, moles, age spots

Other products from the Raspex cosmeceutical line include:
Emollient Facial Cleanser
Anti-Aging Night Cream
Vitamin C Serum
Analgesic Burn Cream
'Hot Raspberry Pie' Foot Cream
Progesterone Cream
Burn Ointment
Muscadine Grape/Meeker Raspberry Extract
In addition to Raspex Meeker Powder and Meeker Capsules

You can find all these health + beauty items at their website, http://www.smdi.org/. Free shipping, too, which is always nice, especially these days.

And Kent Kohnken says that many women and men are convinced his products are really improving their skin:

"Our customers confirm that our Rapsex products are more effective than high end department store anti-aging products. In many cases, our customers have replaced their entire cosmetics case with just the Raspex skin gel/cream and the Raspex anti-aging night cream."

And all that, from a humble, delicious, little red raspberry.

The Brits Call It Pillow Face But We Call It Fillers And Celebs Are Doing It

If you really take a good look at Hollywood these days, you will definitely see that famous faces are looking much fuller, with chipmunk cheeks, as some call this cosmetic beauty trend.

What is it?

The Brits call it 'Pillow Face.'

And who's doing it? Or allegedly doing it? Take a look at our photos from the top:
Daryl Hannah. Madonna. Pamela Anderson. Courtney Love. And gossip tongues are wagging that many other beauties are on the filler bandwagon......Nicole Kidman, Catherine Zeta Jones. Kylie Minogue. Elizabeth Hurley. And the over-40 list goes on....

And these Hollywood celebs can get away with saying they haven't undergone plastic surgery, because fillers or injectables like Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, and Sculptra are not considered invasive procedures. All this cosmetic procedure involves are some painful shots into the skin with a tiny needle. And a new rounder, more youthful appearance is created.

Of course, a skilled plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist can make all the difference.

And we read in the British DailyMail.com that a little filler goes a long way, according to injectables specialist Dr. Michael Prager:

"The main problem arises," says Dr. Prager, "when celebrities don't just try to restore lost volume, but create a wholly new and artificial face. When I use filler, I'm not aiming to create something that wasn't there before. This is one of the biggest mistakes that can be made. Nor am I trying to create carbon copy or cookie cutter faces that all look the same."

British consultant Rajiv Grover asks patients to bring in photographs of themselves in their 20s and 30s to avoid this problem.

"The key to natural enhancement is to use their younger faces as a roadmap for treatment. I don't want to give my patients huge round cheeks they never had because that would look ridiculous,' he says."

We think a little filler can look natural and youthful, but some plastic surgeons believe a facelift is the only way to go, and that too much filler can look odd, and doesn't actually reduce sagging found in faces over 40.

What do you think? Does these celebrities look better with 'Pillow Face?'
