We know....lots of people dislike both actress Gwyneth Paltrow and her celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson.

It's easy to hate, but it's wrong.

So, today we are celebrating People's Most Beautiful Woman of 2013 and her exercise expert.

We think these 2 ladies sure look alike. In fact, we looked fast at the bottom photo and thought it was Gwyneth also.

Both celebrities are in fantastic, slender shape. We know that both ladies work darn hard at it.

And diet plays a key role in maintaining that A-lister appearance.

Good pal Gwyneth gives The Food Program by TA high marks at GOOP:

Having said all that, we DO like Gwyneth's minimalistic fashion sense. We don't care for all her choices all the time, but here, we like the pretty Rag & Bone little black dress and black Theory pumps, along with her signature simple ponytail.

And it looks like Gwyneth's sleek style is rubbing off on pal Tracy. We love her copy-cat style, too.

24-Hour Makeup: Should We Really Believe The Hype? One Woman Is Suing!

This is an interesting story. As we've seen many times before, beauty companies get away with stretching the truth when it comes to the many things their skin care or makeup products can promise...such as all-day lip gloss, or in this case...24-hour lasting foundation.

In our own experience, we don't believe the hype 100%, but we do feel that if a piece of makeup claims to be LONG-lasting, then it probably does a bit better than the average cosmetic. But if we are purchasing a 24-hour foundation, we would be lucky if it would truly last half that time.

Here we go..... Lancôme Paris boasts about their Teint Idole Ultra 24H ($45, at Sephora). The giant beauty company says it took them 8 years to develop and finally launch a liquid makeup that is described as "A perfecting foundation with 24-hour staying power."

Yes, we said 24 hours long! Instantly, our little beauty antennae went up. We're sure that Lancôme is exaggerating somewhat. We haven't tried the Teint Idole Ultra 24H yet, but one woman has and is fuming, and suing for 'false advertising.'

Rorie Weisberg of Monsey, N.Y claims the Lancôme foundation does NOT last 24 hours.  Mrs. Weisberg's lawsuit claims that her son is having a bar mitzvah next month and that she put on the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation in advance to see if she could look good in her makeup for the entire 25-hour celebration. Orthodox law states that makeup cannot be removed and replaced during the Sabbath.

Mrs. Wesiburg claims that the Lancôme foundation prevented her from looking good all Shabbat.

In a recent statement, Lancome and parent firm, L'Oreal say they stand behind their makeup and  the lawsuit has NO merit.

Nicole Richie Regrets One Major Tattoo But Won't Remove It For Now

 

Most women would agree that Nicole Richie has great style. But there's something bothering the petite designer and it has to do with some ink that she choose a number of years ago.

Here's what she tellingly said on Twitter recently:

'Woke up feeling really good about myself, until I remembered I have a tramp stamp.'

 

There it is, a large cross peeking boldly out of her yellow bikini behind.

 

In the premiere webisode of AOL's 'Candidly Nicole,' Nicole Richie visits a tattoo removal clinic to discuss the process required to erase her past.

The tramp stamp is a symbol that the TV reality star wants to avoid:

"It just means a certain thing, and I just don't want to be a part of that group," Nicole explains.

Nicole 'owns' 9 tattoos-- the first one she got at age 14. The tramp stamp she chose at 16.

Dr. Will Kirby explains that the removal process by laser could take up to a year to completely erase in her case.
 

But Nicole decides the time in between is just TOO lengthy.

"If it was a one-time thing, I would do it. But I'm not going back every two months," she says. Maybe in 10 years, she will remove her tramp stamp, she adds.

Gotta LOVE Nicole--an easy-going lady with lots of charm + sincerity.

We have to admit, 'Nashville' star Hayden Panettiere sure knows how to make an entrance!

There she is this evening at the annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner.

The nerd prom as it is fondly called, is being held at the Hilton Hotel in D.C.  at this moment.

We think the petite, 23-year-old beauty scored an A+ for her beauty + fashion choices at tonight's all-star event.

Hayden-- we LOVE your eyebrows. Perfect! Please don't pluck them.

We also heart the simple makeup palette with the bold red lip and the soft eye with subtle faux lashes.

And then there is the pretty braid LOVE it!  The milkmaid look is alive + well.

Add a gorgeous, pale yellow gown with tres elegant draping and stunning chandliers and Hayden looked like a Greek goddess!

Is The Corset The Post-Baby Celebrity Way To A Flat, Gorgeous Tummy?!

This is interesting for all the fab post-baby mamas out there trying to regain their pre-pregnancy flat tummies.

We wrote about DWTS' Brooke Burke almost 5 years ago about her secret in losing the post-baby belly. She's had 4 kids and of course looks SUPER incredible. Yeah, we want to hate her, but she seems so-oooo nice.

Brooke's solution: The corset or baby wrap.

Not Exactly A Turban: Head Scarves Are A Nice BOHO Look For Spring/Summer 2013

Okay, we'll be honest, we were NOT going to be dressing up in a turban anytime soon, so when that trend popped up 3 years ago, we were happy to see it tank eventually, ha ha.

Now the big thing for Spring/Summer 2013 are head scarves, which are just a bit more casual and boho-chic if you will.

A head scarf doesn't have to sit so structured upon the head. It's not so severe a style. It's easy-going and can corral in any hairstyle long or short, curly or pin-straight, even glam on shaved or bald heads.

Okay, we are not saying that Jennifer Lawrence holds the same sex appeal that the late Farrah Fawcett certainly showed off, but we see a similarity in the layered style both ladies are wearing in these photos.

The Academy award winner recently had her hair chopped off and this is the blonde beachy-wavy do that Farrah made famous. She debuted her brand new bob at Sunday's GLADD awards.

Here's what stylist Mark Townsend said to Harper's Bazaar:

"Yesterday, Jennifer showed up an hour before call time and as she opened the door she was like ‘Mark, I want to cut it all off,"' Townsend told Harper’s Bazaar. “I was like 'What? Are we allowed to do that?' And she said 'Of course, it’s my hair!'''

Of course, Farrah had INCREDIBLE locks and we prefer Farrah's do hands down, but we see the tamer version in Jennifer Lawrence's cut.

Okay....case in point....Makeup DOES matter.

Take a look at supermodel Heidi Klum BEFORE + AFTER. There's the lovely mom-of-four hanging out in sunny L.A. yesterday afternoon sans makeup. The photos clearly show one thing to us:

Heidi has excellent bone structure, including long neck + high cheekbones.

But is that enough to skip the cosmetics?

Yes, in many ways. We happen to think she looks better with makeup on, but when you have such stunning facial bones, well, it doesn't matter what you've got on your face.

 
 
Still, quite a shocker to see the German beauty bare-faced without a stitch of anything on.

Tit For Tat So To Speak: New Nipple Tattoo Trend Gaining Attention

We didn't see this one coming. In fact, it's bizarre or maybe then again, it's merely another cosmetic enhancement.

We're talking about 'tittooing.' Er, it's when you have your nipples tattooed to make them more attractive, either through definition, color or both. It's a BIG beauty trend in the UK, mainly in Liverpool, Paul McCartney's hometown. Why Liverpool? We haven't a clue.

We are aware of nipple areola tattooing for women who have lost their breasts to cancer. This is considered the final part of breast reconstruction. Talented artists are able to give the patient a 3-dimensional nipple tattoo with a choice of pigment and areola shape + size.

As far as cosmetically enhancing the color + shape of one's nipples for beauty alone, we haven't heard of this procedure being popular here in the U.S., but it's only a matter of time.

Nipple areola tattooing is completed in about a 15 minute in-office procedure. And the results are pretty amazing for the breast reconstruction patient as you can see below:

So, do you go to a neighborhood tattoo parlor for tittooing?!

Doctors warn to stay away from the local parlor and head to a medical tattooist who specializes in this cosmetic procedure to create the most realistic nipples + areolas.

Halle Berry's Great Style: Pregnant + Glowing In Rio

Did we expect Halle Berry to look any less perfect, now that she is expecting her second child?

The top photo shows the sexy star in Rio de Janeiro last evening at the Brazil's movie premiere of The Call.

The bottom photos show the actress when she was pregnant with her first child Nahla.

Halle is expecting her second baby at age 46 with fiancé Olivier Martinez. You can see her barely-there-baby-bump in a tight, black lace gown. Her hair is styled in her signature pixie-spiked do. And she is wearing a smoky eye with nude lips and a classic large pair of hoops.

We like all three of pregnant Halle's looks here. She isn't trendy maternity---isn't trying too hard. There is nothing vulgar about her style.
